You can update your turnover day or timing notes by contacting us before your next scheduled delivery. We’ll adjust your schedule so the welcome experience still arrives before guests check in.
Q2. Can I pause the program for a few weeks?
Yes. If your home will be vacant or you won’t need the service for a period of time, you can pause before your next billing cycle. We’ll confirm your new start date and resume deliveries when you’re ready.
Q3. How do you access the property and where do you leave the arrangement or basket?
During enrollment, you’ll tell us where to leave the welcome arrangement or basket—such as on the kitchen island, inside the entryway, or on a covered porch. If access is limited, we’ll follow your instructions and any details you provide.
Q4. What if guests arrive early or late?
We schedule deliveries to be in place before typical check-in times. If you know guests are arriving much earlier or later than usual, you can note that during enrollment or reach out so we can adjust timing when possible.
Q5. Can I try the program without committing for the whole season?
Yes. The Weekly plan has no long-term commitment and is the best way to try the program. If you love it, you can move into a Monthly or Seasonal plan later.
Q6. Do I need to work with a property manager to use this service?
No. This page and program are designed specifically for independent vacation rental owners. You can enroll directly and we’ll coordinate all details with you.
